Mathematic and Director/Designer duo Mrzyk & Moriceau joined forces once again for the launch campaign of PUMA’s body train sneaker commercial with New York advertising agency Droga 5. Inspired by their music video for Sebastien Tellier Look (done at Mathematic in 2009) and directed by Mrzyk & Moriceau, the agency team had developed the script with the designers in mind.
They designed the key frames in animation which were later hand drawn using Flash using a CG animation as a guide. The packshot was created using 3D Max. So we used the same process somewhere between 3D and 2D.
