UFO’s directors designed and created the new commercials for The NYSE (or New York Stock Exchange) Produced at Mathematic Studio and commissioned by Fallon Minneapolis through The Ebeling Group, the set of spots where our first directly for the US market. The two spots where created in Maya and were produced in full HD quality for TV Broadcast. Post and grading were finished in-house using Flame.

CityscapesThe cityscapes were designed using words and letters also using the logo’s of the partners that make up the NYSE. They also serve as impressive openers to introduce the cities the NYSE work with on a day to day basis. A great deal of time went into the design, camera work and lighting to enhance the drama in these shots. Here are a selection of stills from the finalised films.

Character Designs

Pitch stage character designs…There was a lot of work done developing the characters for the film. Not only did they need to be designed solely out of fonts and to spell out their differing roles but they also needed to move and register as people.
